REDEEMED 1:1 Coaching Program Service Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to the 'REDEEMED 1:1 Coaching' Program. This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between you (the client) and Nicole Spooner/Gotta Vent To Live (the coach) regarding your participation in the 'REDEEMED 1:1 Coaching' Program. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

1. Coaching Sessions:

   • You will receive 8 personalized one-on-one coaching sessions.
   • Each session will be conducted via [Zoom/phone/other specified platform].
   • The duration of each session is 45 minutes.

2. Support Materials:

   • You will have access to exclusive support materials, including worksheets, exercises, and relevant resources.

Payment and Refund Policy

   • Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.

2. Non-Refundable Policy:

   • Given the immediate and digital nature of this online coaching program, where content is instantly accessible upon enrollment, all payments are non-refundable. This policy ensures the program's integrity and prevents misuse.

Confidentiality

   • All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential.
   • No personal information will be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Client Responsibilities

1. Active Participation:

   • You are expected to actively participate in all coaching sessions and complete any assigned tasks or exercises.
   • Your commitment to personal growth and development is essential for achieving the desired outcomes.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations:

   • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
   • If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the session.

Coach Responsibilities

Dispute Resolution
